Centerly
A bilingual SaaS for language institutes and training centers — enrollment, QR attendance, exams, EGP collections, and parent portals in one workspace instead of five spreadsheets.

Centerly is the OS a front desk already knows how to run: students, groups, live sessions, invoices in EGP, and family portals. I built the Next.js product end to end — marketing, onboarding, and the operator console — with Arabic and English RTL from day one, not a translation pass after English shipped.
Academics are timetable-shaped, not CRM objects. Groups have instructors. Sessions have rotating QR codes. Exams post to a gradebook families can see. Finance is EGP-native: invoices, overdue, PDF receipts, and the same totals the owner dashboard shows. Parents stop calling “was he there?” because attendance and balances live in the portal.
Multi-branch roll-up, Excel import for September intake, and plan-aware modules (Free / Growth / Pro) sit on Prisma and PostgreSQL behind the App Router. Staff, teachers, and families share one truth — enrollment, cash, and attendance — without a WhatsApp group as the system of record.
The capabilities that matter in a walkthrough — what a team can actually run.
One workspace for the whole center
enrollment, groups, attendance, exams, and EGP collections instead of five disconnected sheets
QR attendance that survives a busy hallway
rotating session codes, timestamps, and a ledger parents can open themselves
EGP finance the accountant can defend
invoices, PDF receipts, overdue, and reports from the same numbers as the owner dashboard
Family self-service
parent and student portals for attendance, grades, and balances, Arabic or English
September intake in an afternoon
Excel import/export so a class list is not 200 rows typed by hand
Multi-branch without chaos
filter every screen by site or roll up KPIs across locations on one subscription
Built for Egypt
bilingual RTL, EGP by default, and workflows that match how centers actually collect
Eighteen live modules
dashboard routes your staff can open today, with honest plan limits, not a roadmap slide
