Bolesa
The operator front-end for a fulfillment platform — multi-carrier AWBs, warehouse pick-and-pack, and COD wallets — with English and Arabic RTL for teams in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Bolesa is the screen ops, warehouse, and finance live in: store orders in, AWB out, COD collected. I built the Next.js front-end for shipping and WMS — from the marketing site through the AWB wizard, order queue, barcode pack stations, and wallet statements — against a live API used in Egypt and KSA.
Every order follows one path: Salla, Zid, Shopify, or a custom API into inventory, pick, pack, and a carrier label. Rate shopping across Aramex, SMSA, Bosta, J&T and the rest happens on one report. The warehouse floor shares that same order ID — hub slots, totes, and scan-to-pack — so CS does not open three carrier portals to answer a status question.
The product is local by design, not a global template with a flag swap. Locale routing, RTL, maps for addresses, and EGP/SAR settlement sit next to bulk Excel issuance, print queues, and COD that reconciles to the AWB instead of a weekly spreadsheet.
The capabilities that matter in a walkthrough — what a team can actually run.
One report for every carrier
issue AWBs to Aramex, SMSA, Bosta, J&T and more, compare fees, and track COD without a separate contract per portal
WMS that shares the order ID
hub slots, totes, barcode scan, and pack stations so pick-and-pack issues the label without leaving the screen
COD that reconciles itself
every amount tied to an AWB, with wallet statements, recharges, and payouts per carrier instead of a spreadsheet war
Stores connected once
Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce, and a REST API so orders land with the right carrier preset
Egypt and KSA, not a generic template
currencies, address validation, payouts, and carrier mix built for both markets
From order to collection in one loop
store, warehouse floor, shipment, and wallet on a path CS, 3PL, and finance can actually follow
Bulk ops for daily volume
Excel issuance, print queues, refunds, re-issues, and filters the AWB report is designed around
Bilingual operator UI
English and Arabic RTL for the teams who live in the console all day
